Yes. All Bag To Nature bags are both BPI Certified and BNQ Certified — meaning they have been independently tested and verified under North American (BPI / ASTM D6400) and Canadian (CAN/BNQ 9011-911) compostability standards.
ASTM D6400 is the industry-standard testing process used to certify compostable plastics. It measures whether a product biodegrades fully within a set timeframe under industrial composting conditions without leaving harmful residue. BPI Certified means our bags have passed this test.
